Peeples Residence | Polished Concrete + Concrete Coatings

We recently wrapped up an exciting project at the Peeples Residence in Ringgold, GA, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. This one had a mix of flooring styles, from sleek polished concrete in the basement to durable polyaspartic flake floors in the garages. Here's a quick look at the work we did.

Upper Garage: Polyaspartic Flake Flooring

We started with the upper garage, where we installed a Polyaspartic Flake Floor in the color Shoreline. This color gives the space a cool, coastal vibe while being super tough and easy to maintain. We knocked out 910 square feet in just 2 days, and the result is a clean, durable floor that looks great and can handle anything.

Lower Garage: Polyaspartic Flake Flooring

The lower garage got the same Polyaspartic Flake Floor in Shoreline, keeping everything consistent across both garage spaces. The 1,036 square-foot area was finished in 2 days, and the result is a seamless, stylish floor that works perfectly with the upper garage.

Basement: Mechanically Polished Concrete

Next, we worked on the basement, where we went with a Mechanically Polished Concrete finish. To make sure the client loved the look, we did a mock-up of three different dye options on their concrete slab. After careful consideration, they chose the Light Roast dye, which gave the space a warm, modern feel. With a Level 3 sheen and an 800-grit burnish, the floor has a beautiful, shiny finish that reflects the polished aggregate underneath. The basement project covered 2,050 square feet and took us 8 days to complete.
