Matt Jeffery
Owner

Matt has worked with his father since his youth, and has been with CFC for nine years. He has many responsibilities in the company, but stays busiest with future projects and sales. His greatest skills are his attention to detail, analysis of processes, and implementing time-saving practices. Matt’s previous teaching experience gave him the skills to creatively solve problems in a timely fashion.

Barry Jeffery
Owner

Barry has worked in the floor care field for over 35 years. He has many responsibilities as a small business owner, but is mainly occupied by sales and managing the sales staff. His greatest skills include his compassion, business acumen, and love for the art of the sale. He is continually challenging and supporting our sales staff to perform at their highest level.

 

 

Stephanie Brumbaugh
Office Manager

Stephanie is CFC’s Office Manager. She has a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, and over 15 years of administrative experience. She joined the CFC team in 2020 and enjoys the authentic and relationship-driven company culture. As Office Manager, she creates and implements systems within the company and manages human resources, finances, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and marketing.

Tarbell Patten IV
Field Service Manger

Tarbell is a Chattanooga native with over a decade of multi-personnel management experience. Joining CFC in 2023 as our Field Service Manager, Tarbell helps the company deliver on our promises to our customers. He oversees our field service personnel, service calendar, and client experience. His team building background and leadership abilities have well equipped him for the daily problem-solving, rapport-building, and people-oriented aspects of his position.

 

 

Brad West
Project Manager 

Brad joined CFC in 2016 and has brought a wealth of skills and leadership experience to the company. He builds operational policies and oversees scheduling, daily operations, and employee management. He implements industry specific safety standards and is OSHA 10 and CPR certified. Brad’s patience with project sites and employees, his ability to problem-solve on his feet, and his confident and discerning leadership style are some of his best qualities.

Blake Gallant
Lead Estimator 

Blake first joined CFC in 2016 as a field technician. He transitioned into home rehab construction and then into cabinetry and custom closet building before rejoining the CFC team in 2022. As Lead Estimator, he analyzes drawings and specifications and creates comprehensive cost estimates for a wide variety of concrete refinishing projects. Blake thrives in the analytical aspects of project management and his ability to see the big picture, his persistence, and his strong communication skills are some of his greatest strengths.

 

 

Mason Berger
Operations Support Specialist 

Mason is CFC’s Operations Support Specialist and joined the team in 2020 with over 6 years of concrete finishing experience and a degree in Art from Ole Miss. No concrete slab is the same, and thankfully Mason has the background and experience to be our go-to for anything the crews encounter that is out of the norm. His self driven personality and acumen make him an excellent asset. 

Sonny Richards
Customer Experience Manager 

Sonny’s prior background in quality inspection and management have equipped him with the troubleshooting, communication, and dedication to quality skills that he applies in his position every day. He enjoys the relationally-driven company culture of CFC which motivates him to tackle his everyday challenges with patience and with a problem-solving mindset. 

 

 

Zack Taylor
Estimator

Zack is new to CFC, joining us in 2023, and brings with him several years of service, leadership, and sales experience, including a Fortune 500 company. He believes in getting to know the client and figuring out how he can best serve them through a patient and easygoing consultation, making sure he’s taking a look at the situation from their point of view. His outgoing personality, courteous demeanor, and energetic attitude help put clients at ease and provide a seamless experience.

Wendy Blevins
Customer Engagement Coordinator 

Wendy is a Chattanooga native with over three decades of administrative and operations experience. She synchronizes our customer experience from start to finish by tracking and following up on leads, scheduling appointments, and coordinating projects from the initial sale to the day of completion. Wendy’s never met a stranger and she infuses her incredible warmth and superior customer service into everything she does. She loves the company culture and family feel of Chattanooga Floor Care. Outside of work you’ll likely run into Wendy, her husband Bruce, and her pup Hal enjoying all that downtown living has to offer.
